nun, da der Infoladen eröffnet hat, möchten wir gern auch ein paar Informationen zu seinen Barrieren und Grenzen mit Euch teilen. Leider sind das einige und das tut uns sehr leid! Wir hoffen dennoch sehr, Euch im und um den Laden begrüßen zu können und unterstützen Euch auch gern (suchen Euch Bücher heraus, holen Getränke von oben o.ä.), falls das möglich sein sollte. Es folgt eine Beschreibung der physischen Barrieren:
Zum Eingang führen drei Stufen hinauf, die Tür liegt direkt rechts auf einem Absatz und ist ca 81 cm breit. Im Raum selbst sind im EG keine weiteren Stufen/Schwellen. Eine Treppe führt ins erste Obergeschoss, elf Stufen, sie ist ca 80 cm breit. Ein Handlauf ist vorhanden. Oben, wo sich neben einem Lager-/Rückzugsraum Bücherregale und die Küche befinden ist der Zugang zur Küche nur über eine hohe Türschwelle möglich und etwa 94 cm breit. Hinter der Küche liegt das enge Badezimmer, Tür ca 69 cm, im Innenraum etwa ein 1m breiter Raum.
Visuelle Ausschilderungen und Informationen sind vorhanden. Wir bemühen uns zudem um eine zeitnahe digitale Erfassung der Bücher und Zines, sodass diese auch auf diesem Weg einsehbar und durchzustöbern sein können.
Da sich der Laden in der Oberstadt befindet, verläuft der Anweg bergab aus Richtung der Wasserscheide kommend. In diesem Fall ist es möglich, den Oberstadtaufzug am Parkhaus Pilgrimstein zu nutzen. Bis zum Laden geht es dann ca 110 m bergab über Kopfsteinpflaster. Aus der anderen Richtung kommend (Steinweg) ist eine Anfahrt mit PKW grundsätzlich möglich, allerdings endet die aufwärts mit dem Auto (legal) befahrbare Straße bereits ca. 40-50 m unterhalb des Ladens. Der Rest des Anstiegs führt über Kopfsteinpflaster in die Füßgänger*innenzone.

now that the Infoshop has opened, we would also like to share with you some information about its barriers and limitations. Unfortunately, there are some and we are very sorry about that! Nevertheless, we very much hope to welcome you in and around the Infoshop and will be happy to assist you (find you books, fetch you drinks from upstairs, etc.) if that should be possible. The following is a description of the physical barriers:
There are three steps leading up to the entrance, the door is directly on the right on a landing and is about 81 cm wide. There are no other steps/thresholds in the room itself on the ground floor. A staircase leads to the second floor, eleven steps, it is about 80 cm wide. There is a handrail. Upstairs, where there are bookshelves and the kitchen in addition to a storage/retreat room, access to the kitchen is only possible via a high door threshold and is about 94 cm wide. Behind the kitchen is the narrow bathroom, door about 69 cm, inside about a 1m wide space.
Visual signs and information are available. We are also making efforts to digitally capture the books and zines in a timely manner so that they can be viewed and browsed this way as well.
Since the Infoshop is located in the upper town („Oberstadt“), the approach route is downhill coming from the direction of the watershed („Wasserscheide“). In this case it is possible to use the Oberstadt elevator at the Pilgrimstein parking garage. To get to the Infoshop it is about 110 m downhill on cobblestones. Coming from the other direction (Steinweg), it is possible to reach the Infoshop by car, but the (legal) uphill road ends about 40-50 m below the shop. The rest of the way up leads over cobblestones into the pedestrian zone.
